Prior to Wilmington University: Played two seasons at Southern University as a freshman and sophomore – named Second Team All-SWAC as a sophomore in 2013-14 – moved on to North Carolina A&T for a season at the number two position.

High School: Played a lot of sports while attending Ursuline Academy in Wilmington, Del. – played volleyball, basketball, softball, soccer, and golf during her time at Ursuline – earned academic honors in chemistry and AP English.

Personal: Rakia T. Jenkins – daughter of Robert and Tonya Jenkins – earning a master’s degree in Elementary and Secondary School Counseling at Wilmington University with aspirations of becoming a college professor, an author, and/or a practicing clinician – from Smyrna, Del. – also likes to draw, listen to music, and work on puzzles – if she could date a celebrity, she would date Chris Evans – favorite cartoon character is Tweety Bird – favorite professional sports team is the New York Giants – considers her parents her role models.
