2013 Soccer Season (Freshman): Appeared in 16 games while making a pair of starts in her rookie sesason with the Wildcats – made back-to-back starts against LIU Post and at Dowling late in the season – mainly played along the back line of the defense – recorded a pair of shots, both on goal; first against Post and one against LIU Post.
High School: Earned eight varsity letters in soccer and lacrosse at Bohemia Manor High School in Chesapeake City, Md.- was named the second district team in soccer and all-county in lacrosse - was a part of the national honor society
Personal: Alexa Kay Cover – daughter of Cary and Kelly Cover – with an older brother, Jordan, and a younger sister, Manna – majoring in Psychology here at Wilmington University – from Warwick, Md. – one of her biggest pet peeves is when people chew and eat loudly – one of her favorite movies of all times is Shrek – if she could change one rule about soccer it would be to have no throw-ins
