NEWARK, Del. - - Wilmington University women's lacrosse head coach Jackie Trainer has scheduled a walk-on tryout for the upcoming 2017 season on October 6.

Any current Wilmington University student interested in trying out for the 2017 squad must contact Trainer regarding interest in the program, as well as have the proper paperwork filled out and returned to Trainer no later than Friday, September 30, to be registered.

The tryout will run from 7:30-9:30 am at the WU Athletics Complex, located at:

1365 Pulaski Highway
Newark, DE 19720

In order to tryout, the following documents must be turned into Trainer and the athletic department by September 30, 2016:

1. Official Wilmington University Tryout Waiver Form (pdf)
2. A physical from your personal doctor within the last six months
3. Documented results of a sickle cell solubility test
