Caitlin Morgan joins the Wilmington University women's lacrosse team for the 2025 season. She joins the Wildcats after a high school coaching stint at Penncrest High School in Pennsylvania.

Morgan helped lead Penncrest to the PIAA 3A Championship in 2023, being named the Phillylacrosse.com Co-Coach of the Year. She coached Penncrest for seven seasons.

She was a 2001 graduate of Penncrest and then went on to star at West Chester University. She was an All-PSAC attacker in 20024 and 2005, as well as making the NCAA All-Tournament Team.
