2017 Season: Medical Redshirt – retained year of eligibility

2016 Season: Appeared in 15 games as a sophomore, making four starts – went 3-3 overall while pitching the team’s third most innings, 31.1 – finished with a 5.17 ERA on the season – picked up first win of the season in 2.1 innings of work against American International on March 7 – went 6.0 innings in a game one start at Felician to earn the win, striking out three while only allowing one unearned run – struck out a season high five batters in 6.1 innings of work in game one at Concordia to earn the win – struck out 24 batters while walking 12 on the year.

2015 Season: Appeared in 11 games on the mound as a true freshman, making two starts – finished fifth on the team with a 2.89 earned run average in 18.2 innings – struck out 16 batters while walking nine – finished 1-0 on the year – made collegiate debut on March 6 against Stonehill, pitching a scoreless inning – made his first start on March 31 against Queens, pitching 5.0 innings while allowing two unearned runs – picked up his first career win against Kutztown on April 23, pitching 5.0 innings while striking our three.

High School: Pitcher at St. Mark’s for coaches Matt Smith, Chris Muscara, and Nick Sanna – helped lead team to the 2013 DIAA State Championship.

Personal: Matthew Glenn Frost – son of Eric and Meg Frost – majoring in accounting and finance at Wilmington University with aspirations of becoming a CPA – from Newark, Del. – favorite athlete is Tim Lincecum – also enjoys hunting waterfowl– if he could date a celebrity, he would date Rachel McAdams – if he could be someone else for a day, he would be Warren Buffet – favorite movie is The Shawshank Redemption – favorite professional sports team is the Philadelphia Phillies – the perfectly prepared meal would be chicken, mashed potatoes, and rice.
