Nathan Potts joins the Wilmington University coaching staff for the 2023-24 season after donning the Green and White as a student-athlete since the 2019 season. 

Freshman Season (2021-22): Appeared in eight tournaments, playing 21 rounds – average score of 79.81 (+8.33 versus par) – ranked 62nd in Region according to GolfStat – finished 15th at the CACC Championship with rounds of 79-74 for a 153 (+11) – finished in a tie for 23rd at the Eagles Invitational, shooting rounds of 76-76-74 for a 226 (13) – low round of the year came in the opening round of the Miami Intercollegiate.

Freshman Season (2020-21): Did not play due to COVID-19 – retained year of eligibility

Freshman Season (2019-20): Appeared in two tournaments in the fall 2019 season, playing in six rounds – average score of 81.67 (10.67 versus par) – finished 68th at The Griffin Invitational and 47th at the Miami Intercollegiate – had a low round of 75 in the second round of the Miami Intercollegiate – COVID-19 Shortened Season, retained year of eligibility

High School: Four-year golfer and two-year captain at St. Elizabeth High School for head coach Ian Murphy – placed 13th in the DIAA Golf State Tournament as a senior.

Personal: Nathan Alexander Potts – son of Joseph and Diane Potts – has two older brothers, Joey and Brendan – earned his degree in finance and is studying for his MBA at Wilmington University – from Wilmington, Delaware – favorite athlete is Jordan Spieth – favorite cartoon character is Spongebob – favorite professional sports team is the Philadelphia Phillies
