Men's Basketball vs Goldey Beacom
The Wilmington University men's basketball team moved to 4-1 in the CACC with an 85-76 victory over crosstown rival Goldey-Beacom on Sunday afternoon at the WU Athletics Complex. For the second game in a row, and only the second time this season, the Widcats shot over 50 percent from the floor, finishing 52.7%. They also dished out 20 assists on the afternoon, assisting on 20-of-29 made baskets on Sunday. Omari Dill-Pettifrod scored 15 of his team high 21 points in the first half while Tyaire Ponzo-Meek added 20 points.
