Men's Soccer vs Goldey Beacom CACC First Round
November 02, 2016The third seeded men's soccer team took down its First State rival and sixth seeded Goldey-Beacom, 3-0, in the First Round of the CACC Tournament on Monday afternoon at the WU Athletics Complex. Lorne Bickley started the scoring with his 12th goal of the season in the 24th minute. Jamie Burridge and Sam Jester added insurance goals late in the second half while Vinny Tasca recorded four saves for his fourth shutout of the season. The Wildcats advance to their fifth consecutive CACC Tournament Semifinal appearance, last winning in the semifinals in 2014.
