Softball vs. Adelphi (NCAA)

The Wildcats dopped their first game of the 2017 NCAA East Regional Tournament, 5-3, to top seed and host Adelphi. After getting down 4-0 after thr fourth inning, the Wildcats mounted a comeback with three runs in the sixth, but fell just short. The team brought the tying run to the plate in the seventh, but couldn't get the game-tying hit. Meghan Brown went 2-for-3 for the Wildcats. Interview with head coach Mike Shehorn.
