2014: Competed in six of the seven events throughout her redshirt freshman season – finished a season’s best 40^th overall at the WUXC Invite, finishing in 26:28.51 – placed 52^nd overall at the CACC Championships, crossing the line at 23:26 – fastest 5K event was at the CACC Championship – fastest 6K event was at the NCAA Division II East Regional Championship, finishing in 148^th overall in 26:37.0.

2013: Ran the first event of the year at the WUXC Invite, but an injury forced her to redshirt and retain her year of eligibility.

High School: Two-year letterwinner on the cross country team at the Delaware Military Academy – named All-Conference as a senior in 2012 – helped lead team to a third place finish at the Delaware state meet.

Personal: Rachel Lynn Jones – daughter of Rob and Kim Jones – has three younger siblings, Kylie, Maddi, and Ryan – majoring in behavioral science in Wilmington University – from Newark, Del. – when she isn’t running, she enjoys soccer and swimming – favorite movie is Mulan – favorite professional sports team is the Philadelphia Flyers – the perfectly prepared meal would be ovan roasted potatoes, spinach mango salad with a veggie burger – considers her grandma her hero.
