Nov 3, 2021

The Wilmington University men's soccer team clinch at least a share of the CACC Regular Season Championship for the third straight season (2018 and 2019) with a 3-0 win against Chestnut Hill on Tuesday. The Wildcats outshot the Griffins, 31-2, in the match, but only led 1-0 at the half with a goal from Gabriel Marin. Hakim Williams then scored twice in a two-minute span in the second half to give the Wildcats some breathing room. The Wildcats will have a home game in the CACC Tournament First Round as a No. 1 or No. 2 seed, depending on the final game of the regular season between Post and Felician on Thursday. The Wildcats are now 15-2-1 overall, 9-2 in CACC play. Copyright 2021; Wilmington University. All rights reserved.
