Junior Season 2018: CACC Defensive Player of the Week (3/19) – started in all 17 games – scored 13 goals on the year with three being game-winners – led the team collecting 40 ground balls – had 15 draw controls – tied for first on the team with 16 caused turnovers – had six assists – finished with 34 shots with 28 on goal – scored three goals and made two assists in 18-2 win over Felician on April 21 – collected a season-high six ground balls against Chestnut Hill on April 16 – recorded four caused turnovers in 13-12 win over Converse on March 13 – finished with 19 points.
Sophomore season 2017: Started in all 17 games on the defense – finished with two goals and an assist for three points – third on the team by logging 34 ground balls to go with 12 caused turnovers – game high of five ground balls and five draw controls on March 21 in the team’s 22-12 victory against Nyack – also scored a goal and an assist against Nyack – scored other goal against Felician on April 18.
Freshman season 2016: Started in all 16 games on defense as a freshman - Had a total of 29 ground balls which was the third most on the team - Tied for second on the team with 15 caused turnovers - Against Felician April 13 she had a season high six ground balls and had one caused turnover in the team's 17-2 victory.
High School: Four-year letterwinner as a defender for the lacrosse team at Harford Tech High School for head coach Emma Little – also competed on the cheerleading team at Harford Tech, helping the team to a pair of County and Regional Championships, as well as a Maryland State Championship as a flyer – National Technical Honor Society member – Distinguished Honor Roll student – SGA member – Varsity Club member.
Personal: Mikailla Marie Spencer – daughter of Noel and Angela Spencer – has two siblings, Noel and Mariah – brother, Noel, ran track and field at Wesley College – majoring in marketing at Wilmington University – from Edgewood, Md. – also enjoys sleeping and eating – most played song on her iPod is Dangerous by Meek Mill - the greatest piece of advice she has ever received is “play every game like it’s your last” – if she could change one rule in her sport, it would be to have more contact - the perfectly prepared meal would be shrimp – biggest pet peeve is when people bite their nails.
