2019-20 Season: ECC Co-Bowler of the Week (11/21) - Wildcat DII/DIII All-Tournament Team

2018-19 Season: ECC Commissioner’s Honor Roll – NTCA All-Academic Team – bowled a new personal best and the fourth best single game in program history with a 252 at the KU Invite – that was a part of a series that tied her own and second best 5-game traditional total in program history, finishing the KU Invite with a 988 for a 197.60 average, she finished 34^th out of 182 bowlers – also collected the sixth best 5-game total in program history with a 953 at the James Brown Invitational for a 190.60 average, finishing 16^th out of 96 bowlers – finished the year ranked 27^th in the ECC with a 17.79 per frame average overall, averaging 18.00 per frame in traditional matches – collected 371 strikes on the year with a 36.1 strike percentage – collected seven games of 200 or more pins on the year.

2017-2018 Season: ECC Commissioner’s Honor Roll - Molloy College Invitational All-Tournament Team - James Brown Invitational Second Team All-Tournament Team – holds the program record or highest five-game traditional score in program history, bowling a 988 for a 197.60 average at the James Brown Invitational – has the fifth highest individual traditional match in program history with a 227 at the James Brown Invitational – also has the third highest five-game traditional score with a 920 at the FDU Jamboree, a 184 average – finished a season’s best eighth overall at the James Brown Invitational – second on the team with a 17.46 average bowl per frame – tied for the team lead with an 8.63 first ball average – collected 308 strikes on the year with a 35.2 strike percentage.

High school: attended St. Georges Technical High School Middletown, Del. and bowled for one year.

Personal: Rachel Nicole Hirst – daughter of Tom Hirst – majoring in behavioral science at Wilmington University – from Bear, Del. – her favorite athlete is Danielle McEwan – also enjoys gymnastics – if she could date a celebrity, she would date Jason Aldean – favorite cartoon characters are Tom and Jerry – favorite professional sports team is the Philadelphia Eagles – the perfect meal is chicken and mac & cheese.
