November 13, 2015The sixth seeded Wildcats prevailed in a back and forth contest with third seeded Adelphia, 4-3, in the first round of the NCAA Tournament. Jamie Burridge created the fireworks with a game-winner just 30 seconds into the first overtime session. Lance Berry had two goals and two assists in the win. November 12, 2015Following an exhausting second half which featured five goals between the two teams, the sixth seeded Wilmington University men’s soccer team didn’t waste any time in the first overtime period, as Jamie Burridge buried a rebound opportunity just 30 seconds into the frame to defeat third seeded Adelphi, 4-3, in the first round of the NCAA Division II East Regional Tournament on Thursday afternoon at LIU Post. -
Playoff Preview: Wilmington Men’s Soccer Returns to NCAA Division II East Regional Tournament
November 11, 2015The Wildcats were selected sixth in the East Region and will square off against third seeded Adelphi in the first round on Thursday afternoon, hosted by second seeded LIU Post. Wilmington is making its third appearance in the NCAA Division II East Regional Tournament while this is the first time Adelphi has been selected to the tournament as an NCAA Division II member. -
