Baseball Captures 2024 CACC Team GPA Award
August 21, 2024More than 100 teams among the 12 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) member institutions on Thursday were recognized for producing team-wide grade point averages of 3.0 or higher during the 2023-24 academic year as announced by Commissioner Dan Mara. In all, 130 of 159 CACC teams that met sport sponsorship (as per NCAA standards) for the 2023-24 campaign notched the 3.0-or-better mark for an average of 82%. In addition to the high number announced on Thursday, the conference also recognized the winners of the CACC Team GPA Award for each of the league's 17 championship sports. -
